I ordered something on the 1 of April 2025 and also paid from Capitec to Capitec. I still have not received a tracking number. I have sent several emails, whatsapps and left a comment on Facebook. After the comment they send me a DM yesterday saying the tracking number will be sent today. And still nothing. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. I don't know how they even do business. Don't know what to do anymore.
I have ordered my watch, Friday 13th of December and it says on the website that you can choose between a free protective film or a band and I emailed them and still no reply. I also have not received an email saying if my package is sent. I see with some reviews that people are still waiting for their orders. Of this is the case with mine, I want my money back. I paid alot of money for this and was looking forward to my watch.
I paid the full amount of my outstanding balance last year and because my account has been inactive my account was set as Closed-Dormant, meaning that my account has been closed due to inactivity and I cannot be reinstated or reapply again. To be this is ridiculous, because I now need to buy something that I use daily and I cannot pay the total amount at that shop (almost R2000), so its easier to pay it off with Mobicred as I did in the past but now I cant because of my inactivity for a few months. They are going to loose a lot of customers this way, because as soon as you are inactive for a few months they close your account. Does that even make sense??!! Not happy at all!!!
<p>I love the products and I Always got my orders right and in time and since September things went wrong. I ordered Peanie Tonic, ect and I waited 6 weeks for my products. my clients pay me and then I order in bulk according to the payments I get. Usually I get it after a week but all of a sudden I waited that long. End of November I ordered again and she said it will be here within a week, still waiting and everyday there's an excuse. The first time I waited 6 weeks, she said they had a breakin and all their computors got stollen and they couldnt let the clients know cause they lost all the info. Thats why you backup all your information everyday!!!!! Then she sent it again and after waiting again, she said that its the Post office. She wanted me to pay more for courier after paying enough for it to be sent. Now..again with the one I did end of November, she said she will sent me the tracking number, and today she started ignoring my Whatsapps. She goes online, but doesnt read my msgs. Now I am fed-up!!!!</p>
