False advertising
I recently had a very bad experience with Just Property Malmesbury and will not do business with them again. My friend and I were looking for a property to rent in Riebeek Kasteel. One of our main requirements was that it must be in a quiet area. Just Property advertised a particular rental property as “quiet” and “tranquil” on Private Property. When we went to view the property, we discussed this requirement with the agent, Caren Kearley, who assured us that it was indeed “quiet” and “tranquil.” This induced us to sign a lease for the property. Immediately after moving into the property, we realised that the street next to the property is in fact very noisy, with large trucks and tractors driving past and blaring pedestrians (this was not evident at the time we went to view the property). The property was far from “quiet” and “tranquil” as advertised by Just Property. It was so bad that we could not sleep. We cancelled the agreement due to this false advertising and moved out 2 days after moving in. Just Property now refuses to take responsibility for their misrepresentations, which is a contravention of the Consumer Protection Act. They also refuse to pay back our deposit and the rent we have paid in advance. Their actions have placed us in a very difficult financial position. I would not recommend them to any potential clients in the area of Riebeek Kasteel.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!
I placed an order on 25 February 2020 I have sent numerous mails regarding my order (about a 100 mails already) No feedback, NOTHING!! No refund either!! It is 25 June 2021 today. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!
