We received an utter ungrounded lie of a review discrediting us in saying he shocked on the shower tap and we did nothing about it at all, and because of this he was forced to check out. I called booking.com to tell them it is totally untrue and that I have oroof of the rlectrician and witnesses as well as video footage from our cameras, but Christine told me now today 031221 @ 20h20 they can do nothing as it's not reason enough and what the guest say they accept. How is ot possible as a client of Booking.com as well that even with all of the proof, she had no interest in even asking me to fwd it to her but to be adamant the guest review stays as that is what they experienced. What happened to the truth. We will NOT be discredited like this and maybe our solicister should sue not just the guest but booking.com for defamation of character etc. This is unacceptable!
Our guest house made contact with them in MAY 2021 and sent them all the updates regarding description and photos. I received an acknowledgement and a message saying as soon as the design team is ready, they will contact us. How is it insanely possible to take so long to update our website and no replies to several of my emails asking for feedback. In my opinion, this does not set a good impression for future business between ourselves. If someone from this company is reading this, please have the courtesy to make contact with Stellenhof Guest House. Thank you
Our guest house wanted to join and paid the fees. We were asked to provide photos, which was done. It was acknowledged and we were told that we will be receiving an email, once the design department was done. Well, well. After 2 emails to them to please confirm a time line of when it will be up and running, no reply. Now its felt like.. jip typical. Payment done, so now we just a number in their business. NOT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
