we made a reservation for mothersday for 10 am, instead of blocking off the date so that no online bookings can be made, the website took our booking we never received an email or phone call telling us that no bookings will be made for set date; we arrive and without greeting we get told in a very passive—aggressive manner by whom i assume is the manager on duty that no bookings are taken, for a family that has been going there religiously that is unacceptable and you will not see us there again. Update and manage your bookings better
I have been trying 2 weeks to set up my banking app on my new phone, but trying to get a hold of an agent to help me is impossible and when I try the website it says system currently unavailable so useless can I get help or must I close my account?
