very concern parent/ aunt
I have a niece who is every now and then feverish his temp was 39 last his mother took him to the blue downs clinic and they service are so pathetic. nevermind the waiting if it comes to your child we mothers dont mind waiting the whole day now just the assistance she receives everytime she go is unacceptable there is no care no effort nothing and its not the first time receiving this bad service from this clinic. please advise where to report this matter. urgently!!! my sisters name who recently received this bad service is -Lauren Solomons number: 0614917759

BAD SERVICE
I have called numerous times to request a discount to settle my account with Bayport they gave me a settlement amount of 25% which i advised the agent i spoke to today Kelebogile that i dont have that available but I would like to settle, she told me to pay the 25% discounted settlement amount of R|4800 I advised her i only now have available R4280, cos of waiting on them to assist me for the settlement, i requested her to put me through to a manager cos i dont have the total R4800 only R4280 but then the line cut, you quick to list as a bad payer but dont assist your clients properly to settle??

terrible service
I tried doing a Sim swap with cellc they told me that I cannot Rica a Sim card if I want to do a Sim swap which i understand, they referred me to PEP, but PEP is not able to assist with a non-Rica sim card they referred me to Shoprite, Shoprite is also not able to assist so now I want to know what else to do????

pathetic service
I received a call from lyle giving me an offer that sounds so good, i accepted after finding out what it really means i decided to cancel the next day i sent financial DC a msg and i was advised by 'Colene' that lyle will give me a callback as of today im still waiting for a call i called the contact centre this morning and the agent advised that i need to send through a letter for cancelation request she also advised me im already flagged on my credit profile that im struggling to pay my debt as i was not advsised of this by lyle can i get proper assistance with removing this on my name need this to be done within my 20days and they dragging the process!!!! if you in a financial state you dont need companies like that to still rip you off, thats not on
