I am totally frustrated with Smart Office Connexion ..We have an Internet cafe in Shelly Centre but cannot operate due to Simone Sewerpersadh not processing the black toner that was ordered on the 15 November . I followed up on the 18th November and was told that I did not make yield on the copier and I must pay R580 . I duly signed the quotation and sent it off . I again queried and she says she did not receive it. I sent it again . I followed up this morning and I am told they do it as soon as they can .This is the second time now that this has occurred and I think this lady Simone Sewpersadh does this to annoy the customers. This contract was taken out with Daisy Business Solutions and they promise you the earth but when I contacted the sales director in Durban Andrew he said he cannot help me So definitely 2 companies to stay away from Daisy Business Solutions and Smart Office Connexion KZN
I reported a fault on our very busy internet cafe printer situated in Shelly Beach KwaZulu-Natal on the 22nd of October 2019 and on the 24th October a technician arrived from Durban to tell me the document feeder was faulty and they would get it replaced on Friday the 25th. I am still waiting and after numerous calls to the faults desk and being assured that the Manager Mr Walill will call me back (which needless to say he never did) and after trying daily, there was always an excuse as to why he was not available and the poor receptionist was at pains protecting him I am now told that it will only be repaired on the 4th of November. This is very bad and affects the income of the business . I cannot see why they must lie to the customer instead of informing them as to the cause of the delay. Truly not a company to support and I certainly will not do so in the future
