Not just one bad experience. Multiple.

Despite the bad service and lack of communication my friends bike has been in the shop for almost just over 2 months now sitting. He's been without transport for that long simply because they are too lazy to bother updating him on the state of his bike. The original problem with the bike stemmed from the coolant running out and just progressed from there. I am more irritated with how they spoke to him on the phone as if he's not paying thousands of brands to fix it. I definitely do not recommend rocket racing in pinetown, rather buy the part myself and learn how to install it correctly than ever consider using them. My brother used them too a while back and the constant excuses of his part not being delivered and all those stories, after a month of waiting he drove there, took his bike of the stand and left. You cannot expect to have a good name after all the bad service you've provided. We were warned not to use rocket racing by many people but decided against our better judgement.
