Well what can I say and add to all the other accounts problems. Dealing with this Dr is a disaster! Will never ever make use of there services ever again. Due to their lack of communication I was not notified of short payment from medical aid. Now, after more than a year and a half of NO COMMUNICATION, they want to hand me over and make me pay more than double than what is owed. The accounts department fails in every way.
I am so frustrated and extremely irritated with their sales calls coming through to my cellphone on a daily basis!!!! It is a computer talking to you and giving you two options to choose from. Several times I have pressed 9 to opt out but they keep on phoning me from a different number. When blocking the number they just use the next number in line to contact you!!! What in the world is wrong with them, why are thy hassling people so much?? I have sent an email to there help line and no answer or response was received from them. Seems as if the only time they give service to you is when they can make money out of you!
We bought a kingsize mattress and base online was assisted by Juan from Randburg. Had to change our original order due to no stock and delivery that would take too long. After two weeks no bed was delivered yet. Zakele from Randburg promised delivery which did not happen. Juan stepped in and again promised delivery within a day or two. Could have stayed with original order at first or maybe just stayed away from The Mattress Warehouse at all!!
