Useless
They are utterly useless, i had a problem and the woman at the helpline told me its not capitecs problem, i need to call another number, and the number she gave and the one on google does not exist. Get your **** straight asap or get people to work for you that can actually f'ing help

Bad
They make false promises and once i left a review on google reviews they suddenly wanted to help, they lie and dont so their jobs, i understand certain things might take longer but not months and months longer. Their communication is terrible and dont keep you up to date
