I recently had the privilege to meet the personal of Potch Panelbeaters after my vehicle got damaged and they are tops. Leticia went out of her way to help me get my car, Duncan stayed late with his colleagues for me to collect my car after-hours, if you want service up-and-beyond your expectations look no futher than Potch Panelbeaters.

Workmanship on BMW
Die diens is een van sy soort . Ek was elke dag gese van die vodering wat gemaak was en my kar was reg binne n week . Die kar lyk beter as wat ek ooit sou kon dink ,en die personeel vriendelik en betroubaar . Ek raai enige een aan om daai span van Nico te gebruik vir resultate wat die oè nie kan glo nie .SIMPLY THE BEST

Worse services
A very ***** business!!! Zero communication from their side!!! False promises!!! They have my VW polo tsi since 22nd January 2025 until now 5th of April 2025, and no one is able to tell me give the update on the car, atleast to let me know what are they waiting for. To save yourself a headache, don’t look their way if you need your car to be fixed

Potch Panelbeaters
Potch panelbeaters only takes white males seriously, my car has been with them for two full months and I still don’t know what is wrong. Ontop of that they are ****s and ******. They told insurance my car was ready and told me stories about waiting for parts. They also said they would cover the rental, up to date nothing has been done. Terrible customer service and terrible mechanics. Useless managers as well.

Potch Panelbeaters

Empty promises and no payment
I am very dissapointed in Potch Panelbeaters. After a year and four months and many promises of payments we up to date have not received payment for our car that was written off and of which Potch Panelbeaters took ownership. We would not recommend them at all.

Amazing Amazing
They have repaired my vehicle to a condition beyond new, i am in awe of the repairs and workmanship the customer service i received from not only the reception but the owner and managers are a+ i would highly recommend them they have updated me on every step of the repairs i also had the opportunity to experience their amazing service firsthand well done Potch panelbeaters for such an amazing all round experience.

Amazing workmanship
Absolutely amazing customer service, My vehicle was there for a while. However they did explain that there are a few parts on back order they handled everything for me with the insurance company i was handled like royalty 10/10
