Apexsport Commencal South Africa
ORDER #COMMENCAL-SA-1065 I bought a bike online on the 18t August 2024. Nathan told me it was sold out and tried to get me to buy a bike I didn't want. Today 4 September I have yet to receive my refund. They did send a refund email on the 20th August 2024, but no fund have gone into my account. I can't believe a transaction can take this long. Beware when buying from them, rather go to them and buy but definitely not online. Too many excuses.

Stay away. Beware. DC78617
I wish I had read reviews before ordering from this company. I expierenced the same story as all the other reviews. I suspect the good reviews have been written by DEFCON themselves, as it's impossible for so many to all have the same expierence. These guys take your money, do not answer emails and there are no other contact details available. It is now a month later & I have nothing to show for my order. Their website looks & works really well. I have been waiting a month for my order DC78617

Universal Containers - SCAMMERS
https://universalcontainers.co.za/ Please be aware of this company. Jack and Nigel, overpromise and under deliver. I wonder how people like this sleep. I was quoted for a container including delivery. After I paid a delivery date was confirmed. When the container didn't arrive and I contacted them they came with a story that I need to pay extra for insurance that wat more than double the amount of the transport costs and the best part is that it was refundable. It sounded dodgy so we cancelled the order. Since 10 May 2021, they have not paid the refund. Obviously they say they have but they are unable to supply a proof of payment. Please beware it seems that the over 30 years off experience they are talking about is in scammer people out of money.
