Terrible service and workmanship. When I booked in my car I was promised that the work will be done within 2 to 3 days and which never happened. They do not communicate at all. Each time I called, I was told that they will get back to me which they never did. The receptionist was rude and I am traumatised. The quality of their work is so bad. The bent parts were not straightened. The paint started cracking a week after collecting my car. I have sent several emails with pictures of the work and they are not responding. I am too traumatised to call.
I have been with CARTRACK for more than 4 years. On the 27th of June I had a new tracker installed on my car to replace the old one so that I can track my car on the app. I paid the pro rata installment for the remaining part of June. On the first of July they debited money for the new and old tracker. When I called them to ask why I still have to pay for the old tracker when I now have a new tracker, they said that that's how they work. I still have to serve a 20 day notice for them to cancel my old tracker. I had had the old tracker for more than 3 years and was not bound by any contract. I think they are being unfair to me because I am still using their services and why punish me for upgrading? I think this is daylight robbery. Do I even need 2 trackers on one car? Is the old tracker that they made me pay for still active?
