I enroled there for a special they had from june. I was paying R350 or so every month. End of December they sent an email about for me to register for the new year and it was not stating my fees will increase to R700. I made a query about that and they **** saying they sent an email. The email they sent for fees I acknowledged and payed the amount. Now they are ruining my credit score for their failure typical "mnqa" businesses. Whenever they called kept blaming me not them. Don't ever join this unless you want bul**** by this "business"
Sleepmasters online is bad or terrible. They do not give a thing about their clients. Bought a bed there and when it arrived the legs were not fitting. One leg was broken. Made a complaint but they ignored and did a follow-up nothing was done. Their customer care kept saying they're escalating the complaint until today. Now over weeks using a bed without legs😏
Took the service plan with Innovation group last year October then decided to cancel it in October as it was gonna be expensive. They agreed but continued to deduct I noticed that in February2022. Called them as I wanted clarity why are they still deducting(they made look for a corner in a circle) they said they will refund after 21 working days and I waited until April. I called again they said they are still investigating. They askedme to wait for 7 working days and I agreed but they kept quite until May when I called furiously.the refunded then. I had another policy for tyre and rim with them. So as I had a bad experience with the Innovation Group about canceling. On the 2022/05/06 as I was furious about the service plan I instructed them to cancel everything as they are unprofessional. They didn't but continued to deduct for tyre and rim and I noticed in September. I questioned again but unsuccessfully they send me around again until 2022/10/11. They took my money even after numerous cancelations. Be careful with this Company they don't respect their customers. I would suggest you don't take anything from them.
I would like to say thank you so much to Ashley Govender. He was very transparent and answered all my questions about the cover I was about to take. Very kind and has a sense of humor ?? Big up ??
