Ismails - The worst customer service experience ever
The worst customer service experience ever. This is a community based hardware store based in the Heart of Chatsworth. The success of this Business, is based on the community and its people. I made a purchase from this hardware, on Monday 13th of June 2022. the sales lady was very professional, as it was a decsent amount for sales. The lady incharge of deliveries was not interested, and showed no interest in my order or delivery, this was not professional at all. She called on her superior/superviser, He indicated he cannot do delivery same day, which i understood, but delivery will be done, within the next 2 days. I tried calling Ismails, since Monday, and could not get through to Sales lady or the Lady incharge of deliveries. I personally went in store today,15th June 2022, to check on my order, the lady incharge of deliveries had no idea of my order or when i can expect delivery. I approach her supervisor/superior, and he asked me to hold on, He started shouting/raising his voice and pointed his finger at me like he was going to attack me if I did not stop speaking, causing a scene in the store, I had my 9 year old son with me, and there was no consideration. This guy thought he is going to scare me off, by shouting; screaming and pointing his finger. This kind of behavior is not acceptable, when dealing with people. Poor customer interaction and service.
