Macpro Panelbeaters great service!
Macpro panelbeaters fixed my Mahindra Bolero. The bakkie was in a bad accident, with both panel work and mechanical work that had to be done. I did not have insurance on the vehicle, and they were very accommodating. Great service, great workmanship! I can definitely recommend them for both insurance and non-insurance panel beating work.

ABSA long waiting times and bad service
I opened an account with ABSA at their Brooklyn Mall branch in Pretoria. From the get go it was a struggle. The first time it did not seem as if the staff wanted to help me (it was about an hour before they closed), and they also could not open the account on that day. I was promised that the account will be opened, and that the lady will call me back the following week. This of course did not happen. After I called three times and spoke to the lady who still could not open the account, I called main office who registered a complaint. Not long after this, the lady from Brooklyn branch called me to tell me I have been approved. Upon getting to the branch, I had to wait approximately an hour before the lady talked to me. Instead of getting my card, I had to sign a contract. I was told that I have to come back again for the card. When I did so today, I had to sit in the que for almost two hours just to get my card! There are three desks, but there were at most two staff members at the desk at any given time, although there were three staff members rotating in the time I sat in the que. I was fourth in the que when I arrived, yet it took almost two hours for me to reach the front. That being said, Samantha who helped me was friendly and accommodating. I would however not recommend ABSA if you want customer service.
