This is honestly the worst parking service I’ve ever used in all my traveling life! The night “manager” is the worst individual to provide anyone new to Durban a service. That man tried to intimidate me by speaking all up in my face and called me “isifebe” all because I was trying to get directions for where to collect my car. And also…they take your car keys which is *******. They made me pay for parking at the airport which I don’t mind coz it’s chuck change but does it make sense to pay for a parking service and be made to pay for parking at the airport again? That night manager accused me of being broke because I complained that they didn’t wash my car which was an add on service I requested…they didn’t wash my car. There was bird **** all over the windscreen and dust all over the car both inside and outside. And my car smelled like cigarettes which I don’t smoke. The “night manager” threatened to get me killed coz I asked for directions to where to fetch my car and why I was being made to pay for a car wash and a parking ticket. Definitely the worst service ever. It’s sad that Durban treats its tourists like this. Definitely zero stars.
A very pregnant friend of mine got told by one of your staff that she can’t use the kiosk section because she’s pregnant and not disabled. Please make it make sense… not pick n pay Norwood mall having the most disrespectful tellers and managers. What’s your formal complaint process? Surely it can’t be small talk with the manager and me being told that the teller is being removed from the till. This is so unacceptable
