If you can't afford a lawyer to help you reclaim your vehicle then stay far from this guy I don't know how they are registered with the NCR but I along others will fight tooth and nail to have their license revoke and hopefully some arrest, these guys are crooks and if you don't know your rights theyll play on top of you
