Be careful with these guys, Pawn at your own risk because chances of you getting your vehicle back after settling your loan are 50/50. If you can't afford a lawyer to help you reclaim your vehicle then stay far from this guy I don't know how they are registered with the NCR but I along others will fight tooth and nail to have their license revoke and hopefully some arrest, these guys are crooks and if you don't know your rights theyll play on top of you

Horrible Service , Rip off from a loan of R17500 to a repayment settlement of R27300 . Never sent statements , I recommend anyone not to do business with Xcelsior Loans they are robbers . I paid them a settlement of R22000 but still want R5300 more and still cant release my money. I will expose them through all other social media until they resolve my case. Its only the beginning . Mainly Gerard wesley and Lemo Hlongwane. Hopefully Monday 11/03/2019 they will resolve my issue.

Cold calling Loan sharks. Desperate to get their greedy hands on your money. Stated that they found my number on Gumtree. (PS: I don't post my mobile number anywhere d*ckheads, because of d*ckheads like you.) Don't bother phoning me, unless you feel like getting your face punched in. I reckon you illegally obtained my contact details from a financial institution I am currently linked with. I can quickly narrow it down and will follow up on that too. And if you by some miracle managed to extract my contact information from Gumtree, then know this: Just because someone's selling a vehicle, doesn't mean they are flat broke and desperate for your dirty money - So GTFO and GFYS

Today, I must admit,I got the worse service ever experienced. I went to apply for a loan at Excelsior Loans Pretoria North. They use your vehicle as surety. The loan was approved and the contract and addendums were signed by myself and the consultant who assisted me. Then she informed me, after sitting there for 3 hours, that the deal can't be closed because she can't find the engraved VIN number on my vehicle as they do not accept the VIN number on the dash inside the windscreen. I then googled where to find the VIN number on my vehicle. I informed her of my search. She then started phoning other branches to find out where to find the VIN. They were of no assistance. I then phoned Jeep and asked them for assistance as she informed me that she is not allowed to phone them. After speaking to Jeep, in front of her, advising her of where the VIN number is, she said to me that she will not be looking at that specific spot as she is a woman. My immediate reaction to her was that she does not want to assist me. She then cancelled the contract. She phoned someone who she said is her boss. She lied to him, telling him that she did everything to search for my cars VIN number, even climb under the car. Which was obviously not true because she refused. She then told me to go look for the VIN number myself and if I find it, I must go back to her. Needless to say, I never got the loan and I left.
