Hi I wanted to express my horrible experience with a Branch Manager at take a lot Midcity Pretoria , She treats drivers with disrespect and absolute disgusting service as a manger she refused to attend to my query can take a lot head office call me
I want to express my horrible experience with Goodlife brother loan Sunnnyside, I have been doing business with them for over 5years and a consultant by the Name of Bonolo Mokoto jumped in a conversation i was having with another consultant while i was processing a loan with another consultant called Jeanivier . She over looked her manager and insulted me and said if i don't need to be assisted by her colleague I should ****ed off and she stood out shooting in front of her manager by the name Jennie and i escalated the matter to the head office and 'm yet to receive any feedback . I wanted to bring it to the Chineses owners attention .
I reported a fraud policy case and I spoke to COLEEN AANHUIZEN who claimed to contact me with a full report on the 20th and she never bothered. However, she did confirmed that the policy was co firmed on a non recorded call.. Meaning Fraud.! On the 15th she promised to provide a full report up to now she hasn't and she is a relation Mananger very I professional and u dermining. As far as companies that do such fraud and shows incompetence in all level needs to be brought to Justice and needs to account.. THRE IS NO RUNNING AWAY FRAUDSTERS..!!
Pathetic Service ever, I took out a retrenchment policy in Sept 2020 by the name of Sibusiso Nkosi and 3 month dow the line I got retreched at work and I called him to process my claim and he gave me a number to dial it was a *120*.. Which I did and after a few days I visited an old mutual branch to fin out how from is my claim...to my suprise they said , you don't have a retrenchment policy it's a retirement we dont do retrenchment just imagine !! I lodged a complaint and someone by D Smit said it's been escalated to the sales manager and I will received a call but since no acknowledgement by any sales manager. That's misleading and a serious contravention of the FSCA and consumer act . By looking at few reviews I can tell how bad this company is . I started clearly in the email that if this does not get sorted out I will take it up to highest authority and expose your incompetent.
I Pawned a heater , last year around October 2018 and I came to collect it in November same year. However, my collateral was damaged and my heater was brand new , I then reported it to the Store manager atvCartlon Centre by the name of Rocky .he told me he will replace it with a new one. He took me details and told me he will call me , once he purchased a new replacement he will send one of his stuff to go and buy it at game store. A month passed nothing happened I send him watsap no answer I called several times he did not responded to any of my SMS nor my calls. I then drove to the shop he told me that he lost his phone so I now need to purchase a heater and send him a receipt so that he can refund. I question that because they have damaged my property so have to buy the heater again myself before they compensate me on my property that they have damaged . Nevertheless India purchased it and send him the receipt but as usually he just read the messages and never bother acknowledging any of my watsap messages or calls . I will certainly not accept this Bad service and I want the franchise owner or Cash crusaders to contact me asap and get this resolved . It's been over 6 months now chasing my refund on my property that was damaged by the consultant at the store. As for cash crusaders they should stop hiring managers that does not know whatbgheybare doing like the Rocky at Carlton centre his absolutely useless tonsaybthee least.
Horrible Service , Rip off from a loan of R17500 to a repayment settlement of R27300 . Never sent statements , I recommend anyone not to do business with Xcelsior Loans they are robbers . I paid them a settlement of R22000 but still want R5300 more and still cant release my money. I will expose them through all other social media until they resolve my case. Its only the beginning . Mainly Gerard wesley and Lemo Hlongwane. Hopefully Monday 11/03/2019 they will resolve my issue.
<p>Be warned of this Car Dealership Called World of wheels (In Reach Finance ). I paid them a deposit of R25k through a sales man called Craig Thaver . The R20K was deposited into Cyril Rose (Co company Ownner). The R5K paid cash. It was a Saturday and he told me to come fetch the car on Monday and come Monday he was busy so he will get back to me before close of business day. Two days passes nothing and I decide to cancel the deal and he never mentioned it was a rent to own, which was not what I was looking for. He then told me that refunds are done after a month from their legal department. I waited , called ans it was stories after stories. Two year past Craig left a new Manager by Dewald Ryan came and I explain the issue he promised to get back to me after he has investigated, I will call no response it was the same **** of lies . I then found out the new manager was in . I drove the again and met Nick Chirilaoe who told me he was not aware of this matter , as he was the one dealing with the company's legal matters and his a Co business owner o the company. He told me to open a file and promise to get back to me in a week to investigate but as Usually he never bothered even answer a text message. Its been a year now . And the fact that I canceled within 3 days and did not took anything from them . If someone has experienced such with rent to own companies please advise how to so this crooks. I want ensure that they are fully exposed for their barbaric behaviour. Be waned if these Car Dealership in Government / Witkoppen road north riding (Fourways). Owners : Cyril Rose and Nick Chirilaoe. Lets expose these wicked Scam burgers. I will ensure that this matter will not rest until they pay me my money .</p>
