I have been trying to get hold of Yomma from the payroll department regarding my outstanding annual leave payment. She previously advised that she would get back to me, however, I have still not received any feedback. Since leaving Afrizan, my accrued annual leave days have not been paid out. This delay is unacceptable, and I am disappointed by the lack of seriousness and communication regarding this matter.
I am disappointed with the service I received. I have been requesting a letter from payroll since Wednesday, 25 February, and as of today, 27 February, nothing has been provided. Each time I call, I am given promises that are not fulfilled, and my calls are disconnected without resolution.
