Take note that Renata Tires Randfontein doesn't have all required accessories like the lug nuts that's so posed to go with the wheels you bought from them. After the installation we needed 8 specific lug nuts to finish up. They installed 8 other second hand longer one's with the promise to me that they would order it and send it. After a 3 week hence and forth with them about it nothing seems to have happened and now they requested me to send them a pic of the lug nut. Really are you not the professionals here. I asked all of this questions before I came to shop as driving a 100km from Pretoria is not something I want to again because of missing parts.
I have ordered an item last year on10 September 2021. I haven't received as of yet. I have been following up on a monthly bases with a lot of excuses from Manicaa but still no show or any indication that its still on its way. On 18 February 2022 I have asked that a refund should be done so we can be finished with this and move on. My banking details was acquired from me to process a refund on 24 February 2022 and I was informed by the support person on the 28 February 2022 that it was forwarded to their finance dept. At las I though ok we are done now still no refund was done and all my follow-up emails are just ignored. So am to wait now another 5 months before this are processed. I am sure to scratch Manicaa from online purchase shop. Can this please be sorted as soon as possible. Order no 52659.
Since buying the vehicle in October 2021 from City Side Motors it was a struggle to get things done from licensing to the few things that was agreed on the purchasing of the vehicle. First there was the licensing issue so registering and getting the finance house to pay was obviously very fast but getting the actual license disc well that took up until the mid of December with almost 4 temporary permits that had to be issued and then the vehicle had to go for a new roadworthy witch seems a bit odd as that should have been done before delivering the vehicle and a roadworthy is valid for 2 months so once again it begs the question why was it not done in the first place. Then is was a struggle to get a spare key made on which I gave up on. The right front tire had a balloon on it which was a safety issue and I requested it to be replaced after a week of no response I had it replaced with the same tire that was fitted on it as its BMW and still has motor plan on it. I paid for it and was only paid back half of the money which I did not complain about it. Now I am really struggling to get the motor plan transferred to me as it was also part of the purchase agreement. Today the car was supposed to go to BMW fountains for a QA and the transfer of the plan. Arrangements was made with me by the salesmen and @10:00 still no show after I called again he said they're on their way. Its now 13:00 and nothing. I am realy tired of calling and begging for this to happen as the reason why I can't do it myself is when they took the vehicle they installed a non approved bmw battery in it and now bmw don't want to do the transfer if the battery is not replaced with an approved one which costs R6500. All I can say is I bought the vehicle with the knowledge that there are still a motor plan on it and there was agreement on paper that it would be sorted. If this vehicle breaks now its going to be repaired by the dealership as I did tell them its in their best interest to get this done asap.
