Been receiving increasingly disappointing service from the Sorbet Man Mall of Africa. From poor haircuts, no refreshments being offered and finally today I booked an appointment for 7pm but had to sit and wait for 15 minutes before leaving. No one attended to me and it's very disappointing because the salon only had 1 other customer. Poor poor poor. Waste of time and my petrol.
Worst after sales service I've every experienced. I've been trying to get a second unit installed for over a month now with no luck. No feedback on dates, calls are most times not answered. Poor poor service
Hi, I had a vehicle accident on the 27th of May 2021 and logged a claim with discovery (Claim: 2629232). The claim advisor was Benedicta Busisiwe Xulu and the assessor was a Mr Dylan Coetzee. My vehicle was towed from PMB to Pinetown on the 08th of June 2021. On the 21st I received an email that my policy was cancelled, upon querying I was told that this was due to the claim being rejected for "Material Misrepresentation" (they attached a rejection dated 18 June 2021).This despite all the information i had furnished him with (medical records, bank statements, police reports etc.). On the 25th of June 2021 I sent an email disputing the matter and also requesting the information/records related to the claim so i could get proper advice on the matter. I also sent an email to Busisiwe and Dylan requesting that they return my vehicle to me. After further calls and an email there still isn't any feedback. I'm not sure who to speak to.
