After months of frustration and being sent from pillar to post since November last year while trying to open a bank account, I finally had the pleasure of being assisted by Lesedi Masilo. I booked a trip with STA Travel and I paid via EFT with my debit card. STA Travel closed and I requested a payment reversal from FNB. I have filled in countless form, sent countless email with all my transactions and documention however I am being sent from pilar to post with no one trying to assist me with this regard. Other clients have received their refunds however I am not being assisted. I lost thousands but FNB isnt looking to take care of me as their client, a paying client Its disappointing that I have to raise this issue on this platform instead of getting help from FNB directly. No one is getting back to me, they keep requesting the same information but nothing gets done Im extremely dissapointed with FNB and I will be moving to another bank
