so angry and very disappointed by this Milanda from bredfin , she the worst human being wo walk this earth , God made a huge mistake this horrible person, so rude, unprofessional, she think her S**t dont stink, no respect for her clients and herself.
so this Company called DMC are very quick to call you to collect funds but when i need information from them it is impossible to get assistance.. i am not one to complain and expose such but i am left with no choose but to put in on here and that if they will see if and even care , so i made arrangement DMC to settle my account and reduced my installment . they Failed to advise on so many thing that now i am sitting with a problem that no once can assist me. i have called in to speak to a manager and was advised they do not have a manager on site nor supervisor, how can a call center not have a senior manager on shift? i asked for an email and the email keep bouncing back with a failed undeliverable error, i have tried this on 3 different platform and same error keep occurring. called back in to advise them of this error and was told there is nothing they can do ? i cant even speak to a manager either.. i asked for the call recording which they advise i will received with 3 days and still nothing to date. this issue has caused alot of upset in my life. the call center agents are horribly rude on top of that , no telephone and customer etiquette whatso ever . i am horrified by this DMC company . at this point only thing left is to get my legal representation to get involved as i have lost an opportunity to buy a house and vehicle finance and something so small as getting cellphone contract as iIam Blisted now by them on top of that!!!!!!!!!!!!!! stay away from them but it is not the last they have heard of me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never in my life had such a very disappointing service from the one and only Eskom. we been without electricity for over a month because our transformer burned out as Eskom advise , when they had to fix we been told that they needed to come and audit our meter box as we do not buy electricity unit (they suggestion is that we have made illegally connection , which is not true). it took 2 weeks for the technician to come check and audit which they have found that their suggestion of illegal connection is not true. They advise that they will arrange for the transformer to be replaced or repair but still that is not been done. we have been given contact number for the supervisor and now when we follow up his not taking my calls and when he does we are sent from pillar to post. MY WORRY IS MY MOTHER IS SICK AND HER MEDICATION NEED TO BE KEPT IN A FRIDGE, THIS HAS PUT MY MOTHER LIFE IN JEOPADY AND SHOULD SOMETHING HAPPEN TO HER ....WELL... I AHVE ALL THE DATA AND ALL THE CALL WERE BEING RECORDED FROM MY SIDE. WE have countless times' advised the parties involved from Eskom about this but it is falling on deaf ears. This is the kind of service the resident of Winterveldt Mabopane Pretoria are faced with... is it because it is a disadvantaged area?????? or Eskom just dont care?????????
I have never in my life received worst service like this...for the past year and half old mutual has been debiting money from my account without my consent and when i quiery it i am told that it could have been a MISTAKE and unfortunately they cannot refund on funeral policies.. This is nothing but theft and fraud!!! They advised that they are investigating it an last two week i recieved no feedback even after my countless follow up emails to them. I was advised to take this further and thats exactly what i am going to do.
