IF I COULD RATE IT 0 I WOULD Honestly the worst service I have ever received. When you Complain it ends up pointless, as the Salesman, Workshop manager and GM himself does not take your complaints seriously. 1. car sold with defects 2. takes car back to repair 3 weeks. hands back car with only half issues fixed and now new additional issues 3. struggle to get feedback over 3 weeks 4. while car is with Hatfield for repairs staff use car for private use, not knowing i can see it on LIVE GPS 5. car returned with plastic covers not put back laying loose in car, service book now missing never put back. 6. wrongs size spare wheel on car on day of purchase, workshop manager argues and claims different size wheel makes no difference. 7. email & speak with GM day after collecting car that still has defects after "repairs " and now new issues. then for the next 2 days doesn't bother to get back to me. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY OR EVEN AN APOLOGY FOR BEYOND POOR SERVICE. unless you're a famous Radio presenter Darren Scott Purchasing a vehicle from Hatfield you do not receive any decent service PATHETIC!!! I Am EMBARRESED I BOUGHT FROM HATFIELD
