Communication was great throughout, his recommendations we're spot on, he crossed checked all the info I gave to ensure the product was 100% correct the first time around, he knew my order was urgent so he went above and beyond to ensure I receive my item soonest and I could tell by how neat the packaging was, that it was done by someone who takes great pride in their work. Bought a brand new Philips Saeco Incanto from @Hirsch's Milnerton that gave problems from the moment we switched it on for the first time. Hirsch's refused to refund us even though it has never worked properly from day 1. We sent it in for repairs 4 times already and it is still not working. The Philips technical team knew there was a problem from day 1 and Philips still refused to replace the machine. Biggest waste of money and NO CARE IN THE WORLD for their customers/clients from BOTH companies. Other than the coffee machine, the only other Philip item I own is Bluetooth earphones which is also NOT WORKING! We don't own allot of unnecessary things, we believe in buying ONCE and buying quality. The coffee machine was unfortunately a very expensive lesson to learn but we now know to NEVER EVER buy @Philips and NEVER EVER buy @Hirsch's Milnerton!
