Bad customer service.
It is very sad that you find no body in the queue and all others arrrives after you have sitting waiting to be called, when that time comes a person arrived last in the queue is help, it is disgusting and unprofessional. All customers should be treated the same and with respect

Useless manager and staff
We were abundant by our waiteress. We were finally helped by astray waitress who was helping the nearer table..I called the manager...he was happy that we were not helped and did not bother to appologise....this happened in Cubana port elizaberth.

My refund is not paid since 3 months ago i need it urgently from Rain network
Rain is a terrible network and wifi company been waiting for them to refund since 3 months ago..they haven't. The support system doesn't take my calls. Please help i need my refund from them

Card swallowed by atm...bank refused to refund money drawn after the incident.
I sent my daughter to withdraw money on the atm at kokstad branch.. while she was on the machine she got pushed out of the atm by a stranger and the machine swallowed the card... Nedbank refused to pay back the money that was withdrawn by the stranger not on that atm...they say they cannot pay because the pin was compromised... more over there was no security guard on the day of the incident

Account not updated by atlas on experian report
I am very frastrated with atlas finance on my experian report it shows that my loan account has not been settled...where as I have paid up the account and is settled i have even the paid up letter
