Useless batteries! You will be lucky if it lasts more than 4 years. Warranties worth nothing. Advertise that battery management system protect battery from overcharging - not true. Stay far away.

If you are ever considering selling products on Takealot I would advise you to stay far away. Takealot is a company without any business ethics whatsoever, their support desk is useless, constant IT issues. They change the status quo without any warning or communication, To avoid endless frustration rather use another platform to sell your goods

Seller bullying
If you ever consider selling products on Takealot please learn from my experience. It is an endless frustration. Constant IT issues. Your products get blocked for no reason at all. Their support personnel rarely sort out your issues. Their compliance personnel gets pleasure out of giving you a hard time. This company is managed like a SOE. You are going to get bul**** as a seller. Thank goodness Amazon graced us with their presence.

No Customer Service
I ordered online and was delivered the wrong size. It has been a nightmare to get this fixed. Their national telephone line does not work, my e mail's do not get answered. Their branches are unable to help or does not want to help. Very disappointed in ARB.
