SCAM!!!
I bought an item on their website on the 25th of February 2022. By the 10th of March 2022 nothing was delivered and I requested a full refund. To date they have not refunded anything and are not responding to any correspondence.

SCAM!!!
I made a purchase on their website on the 25th of February 2022 and they never delivered the goods. There was always another excuse not to deliver. On the 10th of March 2022 I requested a full refund which they said will take 2-3 working days. To date I have not received anything and they are not responding to my communication anymore. I am reporting them to the bank and SAPS from fraud!!! Do not buying anything from them.

Cancelled booking due to travel ban - NO REFUND
I cancelled my booking for a holiday reservation through Anytime Holidays on the 28th of June 2021 as a result of the travel ban placed on Gauteng by the President on the evening of the 27th of June 2021. I spoke to a consultant first thing the Monday morning to try and cancel the booking. The consultant advised me that because I am cancelling more than 7 days prior to occupation I should be getting a full refund. A day later I received an automated email stating that they have updated their cancellation policy and that they now take a admin/cancellation fee of 10% if a refund is requested. This is in clear violation of the Consumer Protection Act and the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman(CGSO) has ruled on this last year already at the start of the travel bans. Stating that a full refund is due to client if restrictions is hindering the occupation of the reservation. I sent the legal explanation done CGSO to a team leader and was advised that management does not agree with it and will not change their stance. HOW IS THIS EVEN OKAY?! They are clearly against the law and this intentional lawlessness I cannot even fathom! I have subsequently tried the past two weeks to at least get the 90% refund as they stated and to date no refund has been received and is costing me to phone them every single day to try and get my money back!! I have NEVER experienced this bad service in my life and I haven’t even been to one of their holidays resorts and nor will I ever. I do not want to be associated with a company that has a clear disregard for the law! I want my refund back Anytime Holidays... postponing dealing with me will not hinder me for calling every single day until I have my hard earned money back!!!
