Ordered food - never delivered and l was told l will not be receiving my refund. Charles, the delivery guy took a picture and pretended to have sent the food to me, of which was a lie. I called the store to find out if the driver sent the food back, the store said the driver NEVER returned the food. Apparently that’s what they do. And the Headoffice UberEats confirmed they will not be refunding my R263. This is the last time l ever use these people. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
My goodness!!! Worst experience today! I never received my order. Called the call centre twice, l was told they will investigate. Called back, only to be told my order has been cancelled and I will be refunded in 3-5 working days! I do not have money to buy the stuff l had ordered, the stuff l ordered included toothpaste and washing powder, meaning there’s no brushing of teeth and no laundry for the next 5 days. Very bad service and l am reconsidering shopping from the said store!
Scammer of note! She owes me 3k - now her phone is not going through, anyone with information about this person, please do let me know. I want my money!
Insensitivity to Customers. Unfairness to solving issues. I have a problem with the car I purchased from them. The car is on warranty. The insurance has put down an offer towards fixing the car but Webuycars is refusing to pay out the shortfall - they are saying I must pay it. The car has oil leakes and the radiator has a problem, a problem that causes "engine power loss" of which this was the message that was on the car about a week after purchasing the car. I don't understand why I am now expected to pay for the shortfall of 13k + yet I'm still on warranty and yet the problem started a while back - a problem they are aware of. I have a trail of emails plus proof of what was done on the car and what wasn't. Maybe there are people who do not know what they're doing. I would assume as people who are in the car industry, you would do proper diagnosis of cars before handing them out to the public. Very disappointed at this type of inhumane service. If I had known better, I would NOT have believed the hype about WEBUYCARS - very good marketing strategy BUT once you buy a car, NO ONE IS THERE TO HELP. WATCH OUT AND THINK TWICE.
