Good afternoon I am typing this message with the greatest amount of respect, I have many contacts with you guys through my business and I can tell you now that they are definitely not the cheapest ones to offer. I have been trying since last year to switch my LTE line to fibre and after going into the mall@reds branch more than 15 times the query was eventually pushed up and approved. After receiving terrible service I refused to go back to the branch because im still expecting a phone call from the manager with regards to the switch over, a contract upgrade for an IPHONE 13 max that was promised to be received in the first two weeks of January. I finally called the Fibre department and a very kind gentleman that is personally communicating with me via email (possibly one of your best employees that work in a call center). He shared with me some very concerning information that the LTE line is not a fixed line and that Fibre is a fixed line(requires a landline)and the contact for the Fibre was approved in store under my current cell phone number. I've received no feedback at all from Telkom Mall @ Reds as well as the Fibre department and my business is actually taking major effect from all of this disruption.
