I bought a Deluxe folding drying rack on the 16th of August. Product is substandard and is breaking. I then brought it back to the shop, unfortunately I had lost my slip but the manger was able to retrieve my sale on the system using my banking details. I'm now in the shop and struggling to reach a compromise with management all the drying racks are dented!!!!!!!!!! There products are substandard. I was told there nothing she can do for me because I didn't have a slip and that the slip on the system was there's and not mine. I just want my money back or a product thats not dented.
Old Mutual has stressed and traumatised our family for for than 4moths now. We had put a claim in for a funeral cover on 18th of January 2022 and old mutual replayed on the 22 of January to say they have revised all document and will process the claim. 4 months later still no money. Paid out, instead they keep sending message to say that they will process. What is stressing is that we had to borrow money to make sure the funeral goes as plan. When calling there office we struggle to even get information on what could be delaying the process. This is totally unacceptable. FYI they are still debating my account every month. We are so disappointed in there inability to give us answers, we came to Old mutual because we believe they knew what they were doing.clearly no. We want our money
?????????? I wrote a review earlier this month on how I was struggling to get a hold of anyone to help me with my booking at travelstart. I still don't have a reference for my booking to date there for I can not contact them on any platform. All PLATFORMS REQUIRE A BOOKING REFERENCE that I do not have. I am still very very frustrated and my trip is coming up very soon. Does this mean that I will loose my money? I have phoned British Airways and unfortunately they can't help me because its a travelstart booking. I am still waiting for assistance
I am struggling to contact travelstart with regards to my booking in August. The what's up is automated and wants a booking reference from me that I never received but my money was taken from my accout for the flight. The contact us on there page wants the same reference that I don't have. The phone number no longer in use. I'm frustrated and fear loosing my money. I need to get in touch with someone. I'm so frustrated
