MURANO ESTATE SOUTH AFRICA The worst body corporate to ever exist. Nothing gets done, no communication and quite rude. You can be in a great complex until you get water issues and electricity issue. They ignore calls or any form of follow up email. The tanks rarely work when there's no water yet the guards will tell you there is water in the tanks they are waiting on body corporate. No water for 2 days, no communication except we logged a call. Then the guards say the tank is leaking and is being fixed. That is after asking them by the way. A tank that barely works. Avoid complexes owned by HD properties.
If there was a way of not giving a rating at all I would have not rated. FLIGHT Number: P023 Check in Counter: the one at the end of B64 row Date: 14 August Departure time: 12pm Time: 1030- 1100 Staff Supervisor- Nkululeko I was so disappointed not only by the staff member who assisted us' competence but also how rude she was.we get to the counter and check in my sisters' lagguage. She tell us that they are overweight. I then ask her how because Johannesburg being a layover for her as she was coming from Prague to Lusaka from with the limit was 23kgs per bag they should allow her with 2. She said we have to pay for overweight. She then attempted to call someone in sales who at that point we were not sure who she spoke to. This supervisor Nkululeko who for lack of a better word was very immature and incompetent. He argues us into why we have to pay foe overweight. We went to sales. At this point my sister was running late. The sales who was kind did not understand why we have to pay when she told the lady at the check in counter that they have an agreement with Emirates and we should not pay. We then run back to the check in counter where I really told this lady that this was a sign of incompetence. Her coworker told me to come back and argue the whole day if I feel like arguing. No apology on the delay and her incompetence. The worst part is we had been running around from terminal B to terminal A then back to terminal B just looking for a checkin counter because the screen did not have the flight listed on the check in counters screen.
I do not understand how people can write the same exam more than 3 times and fail with an FA and FB and the body keeps failing this person. With acturial exams the pass rates shift depending on how everyone else has performed. Is there a certain number of people that should pass? Is it not obvious this person has enough of the book knowledge and they are very knowledgeable of that subject but just mess up little when it comes to exam technique. If we are real, in the job market if I do not know something I will just Google , go back to my text book or consult. Honestly it gets discouraging and raises eyebrows because you see it feels like a racial thing to an extent Or a thing of making the qualification seem harder than it is. Review and revisit these thresholds. I feel they are not right. It's okay to have over 70% of people that wrote the exam pass.
