Completely misleading brand
I was so excited to try the new protein bars by Nutri-Go as I read all their claims. Once I ate the cookies and cream one my stomach was terribly upset. They claim No sugar alcohols in the bars yet all over social media and their website. Yet the ingredients clearly stipulate Gycerol and maltitol which is alcohol sugars!! These guys have no idea what's in their own products.

Great Quality and service
I've been searching for artificial sweetener free supplements for quite some time as I have a sensitive stomach, tried a few alternatives from other Dischem brands but the taste was terrible. Decided to give Alpha a try and I'm really impressed with the taste and overall quality of the products. Ordered online and received my parcel two days later. They even added a free water bottle.

Not Natural and healthy as advertised
I've recently started my health nutritional journey. A friend of mine living in Bloemfontein recommended that I should have a look at the Balans health website as they promote themselves as a healthy natural product retailer. Was quite shocked to see a brand called Titan supplement stocked, which is packed with so much unhealthy artificial ingredients. It's quite misleading of them to portray themselves as a healthy natural and organic retailer. I'd rather just stick to Dischem.

Bad quality brand!
Decided to buy a nutritech notorious whey and nuke pre-workout after a few years of switching between other brands. The whey is terribly sweet and gave me extreme stomach cramps and diarrhea. After telling my mate about this experience, he informed me of how they spike their protein with other cheap amino acids to get a higher protein content which makes sense with the side effects I have experienced. Oh and to top it off, the nuke pre tastes like chemicals and very ineffective. Money down the drain, literally!
