I paid R 549.00 for Cell C data with my Capitec Credit Card on the Cell C portal on 19th May 2024 at 14h00. The data never arrived. I called Cell C & they confirmed that they had network issues that day. I have followed up numerous times with Cell C, and Capitec. The money came off my Capitec account (it was pending for three days). I eventually spoke to PayFast yesterday, 25th June 2024. PayFast says that the last transaction I made on that cell phone number was 3rd March 2024 and not 19th May 2024 If the money came off my account, where is it now?
My stepmom paid R 56,000.00 to send goods from Johannesburg to Atlanta, Georgia, US in August 2023. They either ignore her please for information or they patronise her.
