Friendly, efficient and the highest quality product
We have been using this business for 2 years already for printing of all our family adventure photo's. They are always friendly, and always so helpful if we need something different than what they have on offer. We never wait long for our order, and the quality of the final product is really amazing! I will always recommend them!

This is what customer care should look like!
I happened to land onto this website when I was looking up cognitive supplement products and found even more than what I was looking for! Not only do you get sufficient information about all the products they have and how to use them, but also recommendations if you want to use the product in conjunction with other products. Their information is very clear and easy to cross reference on the internet. When my favorite product went out of stock, I took the chance to send them an e-mail form their website (in my experience with trying to communicate via a website, I would not even expect any feedback), but not only did I receive an e-mail the next day informing me that they will find out when the stock will come in, they also let me know as soon as the stock was available, and as soon as I placed my order, the customer care person informed me that he can see that I have placed my order and that my package is dispatched for delivery for that Friday. In this day and age, it is very rare to find a company that will not only assist their customers, but really follow up and complete the entire query. It is more than what I would have expected. This is the reason why I would become a loyal customer of a business. And this is what proper customer care looks like! Thank you Ryan and the team at Optimized!

One Plan Pet Insurance - Thank you Marcia!
I had the daunting task of trying to find pet insurance for our new kitten and it is like a maze to see all the expensive packages of insurers. Then I requested a quote on OnePlan and Mercia Manganyi called me the next day to explain their pet insurance. What a refreshing start to that cold Friday to be met with such an energetic person, taking all the stress out of the insurance plan details. She explained very efficiently and we had such a good conversation on pets. She went the extra mile to ensure I was happy and comfortable, in between all the legal declarations. I was so surprised to know how technologically advanced OnePlan is and how easy it will be to claim, as well as their value for money. I am certain that I made the right choice and that this insurance is exactly what I need. Thank you for having such wonderfully energetic people in your call centre!
