TNT Express steals your parcel and take a back seat when trying to get a refund.
DO NOT USE TNT Express!!!!!!!!! NO SERVICE WITH RUDE AND CRIMINAL SATFF!! TNT Express staff stole one of my shipments. This happened between their warehouse and delivery courier. After giving me the run around for 2 weeks they finally admitted that the parcel was stolen. Then they conveniently marked it as "lost" Since I have been battling to get a refund for the stock as well as the customs and duties that was already paid before the parcel was stolen. Nobody within TNT is willing to to take any accountability and they simply laugh you off when you get upset. It has now been 2 months and still no refund. I have lost R20k and they simply do not care. Be wise and read the reviews before sending anything with them.
