After spending a sleepless night because of the cold,I ordered a heater from Kwik kat,made the instant payment and got a confirmation email for the purchase,I chose the overnights delivery option which charges extra as I needed the heater immediately.The order was made on the 3rd August 2024 which fell on a Saturday,nothing was delivered on Sunday and I brushed it off as it was a weekend. On Monday still nothing so I went into the web page to see if I could find out what has happened and lo and behold it said the order is cancelled. So I contacted the wattsapp number and they responded on the 6th to say that they had fixed it and the parcel would be picked up by the end of the day. It is now Thursday the 8th and the parcel is still not here so I chat to someone on their wattsapp number and basically Kwik Kat is not responsible for the delay as they are not responsible for the magical cancellation and are not responsible for what the courier does. My question was if you offer an overnight service and charge for it then why now separate yourselves from the courier company appointed by yourselves when there are problems. Needless to say I still don't have my heater,I went and gotten myself a hot water bottle because my overnight express heater could still be in Durban for all I know.
I was preparing for a trip to Cape Town and on the 12 May while trying to make the online booking the Mango Airline web page took me to my banking app to make the payment which I made but instead of redirecting me to complete the booking the page took me to step 1 but the money was taken from my account. What followed was a frustrating emails and calls and to this day I have not gotten my money back. After the countless emails and phone calls I was told by the consultant at the Mango Airline that their software people are saying that the money didn't come through. I am a student and struggled so much to put the money for that plane ticket away and for it to be stolen by such a big airline is disgraceful. Mango Airline please refund my money. Never will I ever use that airline.
