I have bought printer cartridges from Firstshop on multiple occasions in the past. I recently bought HP Cartridges from them, and they delivered the incorrect ones. It is now an extreme hassle to sort out the collection of the incorrect ones and delivery of the correct ones. I will never buy any products from them again and I recommend all the consumers in South Africa do the same.
I subscribed to the My Family Cinema service but I cannot activate my account. I have made several requests for refunds but they do not respond. This is a *****ulent ****, please avoid it completely.
I purchased HP printer cartridges on the Ink Station website recently. As soon as I made the payment they informed me that the product was out of stock and that they would make a refund to me. It has now been more than a week and I have not received any correspondence from them again. I will never purchase any product from them again and I want to warn other people to do the same.

I purchased an HP printer cartridge on 24/07/2023 and I have not received it yet. I have also not received any updates regarding the status of my order. Avoid buying anything at Makro Online, you have been warned.
My wife bought a Garmin Venu SQ music from the Momentum Multiply Store on 18 October 2022. The device’s battery is faulty and it does not want to start up. We sent it to Garmin South Africa for an evaluation on 15/06/2023 and received confirmation that it was delivered to their office Ali at reception (tracking number SPOGARMIN4). It is now 13 days later and we have not had any feedback from them. I want to warn other consumers not to buy any Garmin products in South Africa as their after sales service (which was quite good in the past) is now totally pathetic.
I ordered a product 14 days ago and I have not received it yet. Fruugo keeps sending me replies in broken English/Chinese apologising for the product now being delivered. Do not order anything from this company, you have been warned.
Avoid this business like the plague! Their website and the products that they offer appears very legit. However, I tried to phone their customer care line three times and the phone just kept ringing. When I e-mailed them to find out if they were scamming me they went deadly quiet and I haven't heard from them since. You have been warned, do not fall into their trap!
