My girlfriend bought an item from this website and immediately received an email to say the item was not in stock and a refund will be generated. This was a month ago. Upon closer inspection I have noticed that there are 3 different phone numbers on the website. The phone number in the header is simply the digits 0 - 9 all in order. The phone number in the footer is different to the header, and also does not ring and is likely also a fake. This website is operating an online shop that never intends to deliver any of the products it has advertised. Please report your experiences with this business as a cyber crime: on cybercrime.org.za
I have a very negative opinion on the service at Allens Real Estate. I rented a home in Langebaan through them. They did not conduct certain services they are required to provide by law and stipulated in the contract such as ingoing and outgoing inspections. They did not provide the outgoing inspection even though I contacted them to do so. The written communication provided by agents working at Allens Real Estate does not meet a modern South African matriculant's level of writing. The poor level of communication will be frustrating enough to put you off any deal with them. Normally property agencies who manage rentals will hold on to your deposit in their own trust account. Allens Real Estate actually forwarded my deposit to the landlord who went on a spending spree with my deposit. The contract I signed through Allens states that landlords should provide receipts for expenses incurred. When I requested the landlord (Ivubu property developers) to provide receipts for expenses, Cheryl Allen and her agents at Allens Real Estate were not interested in helping mediate the any breach of contract as the managing agents whose letter head and names were on the lease agreement. Any contractual breach signed with this company will not be respected.
This business will contact you to make a sale, but customer support does not exist. If you make any request for customer support phone, email or other platforms, you will be redirected to whatsapp for business and receive replies from a bot. If you are connected with “an agent” on whatsapp, they’ll respond to messages in 20+ minutes. Their answers will be suspiciously worded like a bot and not like a real person. They’ll talk in a completely unrelatable manner and will not apologise for slow service. I don’t think this company is willing to invest in any human support. Do not order an internet line from this company or you will be trapped and unable to make a request with another ISP until you can cancel this disaster.
Signing my pet up for insurance was super easy, and D'Angelo from Dotsure provided service with a smile all the way through the process. I feel secure that if anything happens to my kitty cat, that I am covered and will be able to take care of any future accidents. D'Angelo even provided documents covering how to claim as well as a claim form immediately after signing my cat up for insurance.
