Hi I have also fallen to prey to African Sun Travel's underhanded dealings. My car was supposed to be transported to cape town end of April, a day before departure the train service got cancelled. I've emailed Lauren De Vos from African Sun Travel's on numerous occasions to refund my money but to no avail. None of their contact details are working. I think the company should be handed over to Legal because this is fraud. I've contacted Shosaloza and they've advised that the money had been refunded to African Sun Travel.
