Our client's inverters have been in for repairs at Sunsynk since 7 February (3 months as of yesterday). One of the 3 inverters (just returned by Sunsynk having been repaired) had an issue and it was presumably a minor firmware issue. After 7 weeks of having these inverters, Sunsynk asked us to complete an RMA, which we did on 30 March. A month later, after a second request for an update, we got a response that the inverters will be expedited for repair - this was on 26 April and we have not heard a word since or not received a reply to a further request for an update. Given the function of these inverters, it is unacceptable that repairs can take so long and that Sunsynk has not employed sufficient manpower to deal with after-market service, consistent with their astronomical sales growth over the last year. I cannot in all good conscience recommend Sunsynk to my customers as I cannot assure them of the required after-sales service.
Truly a great dishonour to his profession. If you are unfortunate enough to have this medical practitioner assigned to your care, run a mile and keep running. The practice is a shambles and there is zero, as is absolutely no communicating with this Dr or his practice. Unsympathetic, unfriendly, unapologetic and just plain cold.
