Capitec worst service ever
What a joke!!! Capitec blocked my card. Went in branch(heidelberg) Got a new card costing money again changed my number an tried using my app and cellphone number and get a msg on the app that i need to go in the branch to do it again!!! What a hell? My closest branch are 50 km from me it does cost petrol and time of from work again because the staff at capitec does not do what they are paid for!! Im closing this acc the next time i enter a capitec branch!!!

Aloan what a joke!!! They handed me over to debt collection abletracers(more of a joke) debt collection comp dont answer calls dont respond to emails but they charge me for so called emails put a judgement on my credit report but dont comunicate.. I aproaced aloan and told them i am making the full payment today and they simply told me i cant make a payment to the. So what are wrong with these people want their money but refuse to accept payment

Aloan worst loan provider
Worst worst loan provider ever!!! Made a loan of R300 did not pay it,being handed over to abletracers and tried making payment arangement (from R300 to R950) no respond at all no reply on mails no calls answered and contact a loan to make payment directly to them and the refuse to accept payment. Just got a reply via whatsapp:"sorry, pls pay to collection company, because your ticket has been handled out. Thanks" Another reply""Sorry, the collection company will contact you, pls don't repay directly to us"" So clearly i dont know why i am even trying to pay this as they dont care at all

Abletacers debt collection are useless
Worst debtcollection company ever! Charging for phonecalls but when trying to reach them no one picks up. Charging for emails?but dont answer any emails send to them! Dont give documents asked for and dont update payments made to them! Andrrea clearly doesnt do her job!!
