I ordered presents for my grand children from Iconic brands, paid for it but did not receive anything. After months of writing emails I asked for a refund. I still didn’t receive anything
I ordered and payed a shoe cabinet from Deuxaves on 27 January 2022. I received an email where they acknowledged my order. I’ve sent emails and a message in messenger but I didn’t receive a reply from them.
<div>We booked a flight with Airlink, I booked specific seats. When we checked in, I got the correct seat, my husband got another seat. I changed the seats to be able to sit together. I’ve sent a whatsapp and got no reply. Today when we were suppose to fly, we were there an hour before the flight, went through the gates, it means that we are there. We ate something and lost track of time. We then realised that they closed the doors, I know we made a mistake. But we checked in, we went through the security doors. They can see on the system that we are there. They have our cell numbers, can’t they just phone us, we were 15 meters from the gate. Poor customer service. My heart is broken.</div>
