Worst service EVER.We put a claim on the 28November23.We’re told to wait for 48hrs.After 48hrs I was told my claim has been rejected because I don’t hv beneficiaries on my policy ,and I missed payments.I had prove with me for beneficiaries and all the receipts .That time a lady called Nthabeleng ignored my call and my WhatsApps.We had to pay for all funeral catering with cash now,cash that we did not budget for.After the funeral we went to their office with prove that we have been paying and beneficiaries form.Phill Manamela apologised and promised us cash back within a week.Its been 3weeks now after the funeral and we are still fighting for that cash back.All I want now is the money I contributed for all this years and leave Pure hearts in peace .They’re so heartless😡.
