I was not happy with how Ntate Phakane works, he is not taking responsibility for his company mistakes or staff. Me paying for years when they have to deliver I was told I'm paying wrong package, my question is why I was never informed all this years? What a disappointment and very sad especially when you have lost your loved one. U will use your airtime to phone the office they will never phone you back. I have been waiting since from December 2024 till now. Paying from 2021 and only knew last year December that is wrong package.

This is the worst catering service ever provided. Firstly there's no communication, they fail to let people know that their premiums are increasing forcing people to pay extras they don't know. Secondly they don't let you know if you accidentally miss a payment, instead they keep quiet. When you have to claim they tell you that you are behind and are temporarily suspended and can't claim. They do this so that when people have to claim they just tell them that they can't.

This is the worst catering service ever provided. Firstly there's no communication, they fail to let people know that their premiums are increasing forcing people to pay extras they don't know. I have joined the policy for pure hearts and choose the plan as per their benefits. Just realised now that the plan I choose increased and the benefits of the plan decreased. This is really frustrating and because when you choose the policy, you choose based on the benefits. Mr Paakane please assist your clients as we are frustrated. Today called and the screenshots recieved from your employee that says my policy lapsed in November and I paid my premium until month end of march this year. So I am surprised why the screenshot says my policy lapsed. With regards to the decrease of benefits what’s happening there. I am really concerned as to why is it affecting the old clients and they signed based on the benefits they will get from their plan. 😢😢😢😢😢

Bad experience with this Pure Hearts Funeral Catering, I joined the company over two years ago and this year my father inlaw passed on in June and I never received any services no apology only groceries, spoilt vegetables and bad attitude plus they kept on putting blame on one lady who is their member whom they didn't do the job when she claimed because she was asking relevant questions when they arrived without the things they were suppose to work with like gas stoves and their gas bottle, and they they told me they were going to fetch all things they forgot and they never returned. Until I called them because it was getting late then they told they left when I asked them what I was supposed to do they said they don't know I can go to court or call X Repo they dont care mind you it is saterday morning of the funeral lucky they say on our communication during the week I must hire the tent tables and chairs they will refund me then they will do the decor none of that they done plus it was 4 employees and the owner of the company, no cooking, no serving, no cleaning, nothing I payed for I ever received I've done the follow up regarding this matter all in vain. I just want to made it clear that this company is unreliable especially in time of need you cannot trust them and they don't respect their clients. Their service is Bad PURE HEARTS FUNERAL CATERING COMPANY

I sent a review on 2 January 2024. The next morning, I was sent a number to contact since I couldn't get through to their office contact numbers, which I did with no response. A few minutes later, the guy contacted me and promised to give me feedback on the lapsed policy in question by 10: 00 am on 5 January 2024 after an altercation between us. Instead, I got feedback on 5 January at 12 pm regarding only 2 of my policies and not the one I was told had lapsed. That's customer service for you at Pure Hearts Funeral Catering Services. I work for a big Corporate where media complaints are treated with urgency and know very well that a satisfactory response must be given within 24 hours. With Pure Hearts, I have been waiting for 6 days for a satisfactory response.

I have 3 policies with Pure Hearts which are registered between myself & 2 sisters since I could only have 1 on my name & needed to cover everyone in my family. Around August in 2022, I was told one of the policies had lapsed which left me confused since I pay for all 3 policies concurrently. Since then, I have been attempting to get the policy reinstated ( by the way, I continued to pay). No one, including the founder is assisting me despite numerous attempts. I have left no stone unturned and physically attended one of their funerals in October 2023 and spoke to the son who took my contact details and promised to get soneone to call me but to date, I am yet to be assisted to get the policy reinstated. I mentioned to the founder in my desperate plea that, my mom is on the same policy I'm told has lapsed and I will not forgive myself should I not be in a position to give her a decent send off but this doesn't seem to have meant anything to him. I'm really frustrated as this matter has been going on for over a year now. I can't get through to any of their phone numbers and my chats on whatsApp are just being read& ignored. All I need is for someone to reconcile all the payments I have been making so that the policy can be reinstated. I have since indicated to them what seems to be the issue resulting in them not being able to allocate yet all that has fallen on deaf ears (instead of using the policy number as reference, the initial & surname were used). I pointed this to them in November when they could have picked this up themselves when they realized there was no premium allocated towards this policy.
