Delivery service is very poor. Their delivery truck driver don't want to give a good delivery service. He wants to leave the products on the street. And when you try to talk to him, he is not trying to understand. His service delivery is very poor.
I have joined the policy for pure hearts and choose the plan as per their benefits. Just realised now that the plan I choose increased and the benefits of the plan decreased. This is really frustrating and because when you choose the policy, you choose based on the benefits. Mr Paakane please assist your clients as we are frustrated. Today called and the screenshots recieved from your employee that says my policy lapsed in November and I paid my premium until month end of march this year. So I am surprised why the screenshot says my policy lapsed. With regards to the decrease of benefits what’s happening there. I am really concerned as to why is it affecting the old clients and they signed based on the benefits they will get from their plan. 😢😢😢😢😢
I am happy with the service I received from Linteg Fibre PTY LTD from ordering of fibre and they gave a good service and fibre was installed in a short period of time. I the network is very good and I don’t struggle. Thanks you soo much linteg Fibre for your good service. I really appreciate.
I bought electric blanket and the blanket is not working and logged to return the product and I have not received any communication from them. I got a receipt of purchase of the product that was purchased in march 2024 from Dischem and I bought the blanket in December 2024. I am really frustrated cos they are not even arranging the collection of the product.
I had a Telkom landline which was under prepaid waya waya , last year November I have reported the line not working and they have not came to fix the line this year feb they sent an sms that says the are upgrading to wireless phones, in May they sent the wireless phone with SIM card and the SIM cards was not working I have reported from May till today the phone is not working. Yesterday day I went to Telkom they told me that my number is no longer working they have deleted it, is in the archive. How is it possible as I have not got assistant from them.
I have bought at game online and reverence number ********** 42 of the purchase. I haven’t receive any feed back from them and I have sent proof of payment to ********** When I call them they say they will call me after an hour but they don’t call.
