I sent a review on 2 January 2024. The next morning, I was sent a number to contact since I couldn't get through to their office contact numbers, which I did with no response. A few minutes later, the guy contacted me and promised to give me feedback on the lapsed policy in question by 10: 00 am on 5 January 2024 after an altercation between us. Instead, I got feedback on 5 January at 12 pm regarding only 2 of my policies and not the one I was told had lapsed.
That's customer service for you at Pure Hearts Funeral Catering Services. I work for a big Corporate where media complaints are treated with urgency and know very well that a satisfactory response must be given within 24 hours. With Pure Hearts, I have been waiting for 6 days for a satisfactory response.
