Pure hearts funeral catering don't value customers
I was not happy with how Ntate Phakane works, he is not taking responsibility for his company mistakes or staff. Me paying for years when they have to deliver I was told I'm paying wrong package, my question is why I was never informed all this years? What a disappointment and very sad especially when you have lost your loved one. U will use your airtime to phone the office they will never phone you back. I have been waiting since from December 2024 till now. Paying from 2021 and only knew last year December that is wrong package.

The lady was very rude she was shouting because she couldn't explain why she can't reverse the airtime I bought with my bank app to my mtn number that it was blocked 2 months back. Her name is Nelisiwe Thulo she sounded like a shebeni Queen not like a professional consultant.

Poor service I was very disappointed on my special day. I will never make business with them I regret. My wedding was a disaster thanks to mz catering and funeral. They must just do funerals not weddings.

I paid 26000 for their service which includes cooking and buying groceries excluding beef. I gave them the beef which was the whole cow and they were catering for 250 people but only 100 people got the meat and it was over cooked. When I asked him what happened he can't even explain. What a bad service I got from Mz cooking from Orange farm.

5 minutes ago I was at chicken Licken at the reef I bought food for R210 then I ask a glass of water because my 3yr was thirsty and she's not feeling well but they refused what a bad customer service I had. I will never go to chicken Licken I hate it was their big customer but now am done with it.

I was at baby city Alberton with my Glass face mask it's the same as a cloth mask mine was even 100 percent better covering my nose and mouth but they told me I can't come in with it.the was no even a sign that glass mask are not allowed bad service ever.
