Bad unfair service for elderly people My mom is 67 year old who has an account with Ackerman so last year she lost her wallet the and someone used her card to buy but immediately she went to report within minutes she saw someone took he wallet but it was late but they couldn't explain who how it was allowed cause you must sign and give your cellphone number to process the shopping but they didn't share that information.Then they investigated till December but during the investigation my mom use to go to the store to make payments but they said it can't be allowed until the investigation is done.Then they were done with investigation was done the balance it was still the same R254 until they send her an SMS that say she has an arrears of R600!and something so yesterday we went to the store for explanation then the agent at store called head office the lady my mom spoke to she was rude as hell I even had to help mom to explain but she shouted at my mom saying she should have called the head office that's when I asked her how should my mom knew because at store they kept on saying she must wait for the investigation to be completed so I asked her who's fault is it ?she couldn't respond but pressured my mom to pay and I told her I'm going to take this further because I feel they take advantage of older citizens because they know they just agree to keep peace and to be able to buy in their shops and it's unexcepptable.
I am a former student of glenvista high school. i matriculated in 2023 and the school has refused to give me my matric certificate or my results . Their reasons for giving me my matric certificate is 1. due to outstanding funds and 2. due to the fact that my father used to worked at certain company. It has been two years now, both my parents are unemployed and i have been stuck at home. they won't give my my results and matric certificate unless the full amount is paid, which effects me.

Bad experience with this Pure Hearts Funeral Catering, I joined the company over two years ago and this year my father inlaw passed on in June and I never received any services no apology only groceries, spoilt vegetables and bad attitude plus they kept on putting blame on one lady who is their member whom they didn't do the job when she claimed because she was asking relevant questions when they arrived without the things they were suppose to work with like gas stoves and their gas bottle, and they they told me they were going to fetch all things they forgot and they never returned. Until I called them because it was getting late then they told they left when I asked them what I was supposed to do they said they don't know I can go to court or call X Repo they dont care mind you it is saterday morning of the funeral lucky they say on our communication during the week I must hire the tent tables and chairs they will refund me then they will do the decor none of that they done plus it was 4 employees and the owner of the company, no cooking, no serving, no cleaning, nothing I payed for I ever received I've done the follow up regarding this matter all in vain. I just want to made it clear that this company is unreliable especially in time of need you cannot trust them and they don't respect their clients.
